Upscale Projects Ltd provides warranty coverage for your new home, and we're here to help. Our processes allow us to take care of you with our well-trained Service Coordinators who take your calls, assess your needs, schedule your repairs and ensure all work is completed within a timely manner, to our qualified Service Technicians who make repairs and oversee our trades, you are well looked after.
Your PROGRESSIVE HOME warranty consists of the following: 1 Year Workmanship and Material: The Program warrants that, during the first year, the Registered Builder will repair Defects in Materials and Workmanship. Materials and Workmanship covered by the Program include those supplied and installed by the Upscale Projects Ltd, its employees and those trades and others contracted directly by the Upscale Projects Ltd.
2 Year Delivery and Distribution Systems: Offers coverage for defects in materials and labour related to delivery and distribution systems including heating, electrical and plumbing systems.
5 Year Building Envelope Coverage: Offers coverage against defects in the building envelope.
10 Year Structural: Offers the purchaser coverage against structural defects for a period of 10 years starting on the warranty commencement date. For more information regarding your warranty please refer to the Builder Warranty section in this portion of the manual.
The Program provides coverage in relation to down payments provided to Registered Builder Members, up to a maximum of $25,000 per new home.
If the home is sold during the warranty period, any remaining coverage stays with the home for the benefit of subsequent buyers. An excellent selling feature!
A Builder's own warranty is only as good as the level of service the company wishes to provide or for as long as the company remains in business.
Within the first year you own your new home, it is not uncommon for you to encounter some minor problems such as cracks from shifting and settling .Keep track of any deficiencies you encounter and Upscale Projects Ltd will do a final inspection a couple months prior to your one year anniversary in the event of a warranty claim.
