OUR HISTORY

A company without the knowledge of there past history, origin and culture is like a tree without a root systems. 

Founded in 2012 by Lee Van Damme operating as a solo proprietor in the construction industry.  His passion, experience and knowledge, that he brings to the table by transforming a vison into a reality with his highly personalized services. In 2020 Lee brought on a partner who shares the same values and experience and taking the next step by incorporating the business, with that we bring over 25 years of combined knowledge in the construction industry to delivery good commination and quality services to our clients

The company began with a residential and commercial renovations, new construction of garage/shops built with passion, pride and personally managed by the owner(s) with the help of carefully selected trades people that share the same passion for building dreams that they do. Upscale Projects grew by taking on home building, single and multi family homes in the residential and commercial industry, and by opening up there Renovation side. Taking on quality kitchen and bathrooms in the residential and commercial community as well. Not only do we provide top quality workmanship with ourselves but also with our trades people to deliver top notch work.
