History
A company without the knowledge of there past history, origin and culture is like a tree without a root systems.
Founded
Upscale Projects was originally founded in 2015 by Lee Van Damme in the construction industry. With his experience and knowledge, he had the tools build top quality products with highly personalized service. In 2020 Lee took on another partner who shares the same vision, with there combined 25 years plus in the construction industry to grow the company.
Our Start
The company began with a residential and commercial renovations, new construction of garage/shops built with passion, pride and personally managed by the owner(s) with the help of carefully selected trades people that share the same passion for building dreams that they do.

Our vision, is to be a Benchmark Company in our industry and be the gold standard of home builders. Our mission, to build homes with pride and our commitment to deliver positive life changing moments for people.
